Refund policy

We are happy to give a refund, store credit, or exchange merchandise within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Return must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition unless item is returned is due to product defect.

Refunds, credit, and exchanges will not be given on cut fabric yardage, opened kits, or opened fabric bundles. 

Refunds, credit, and exchanges will not be given on gift cards, patterns, and books.

Refunds, credit, and exchanges will not be given for custom orders, including furniture and sewing machine inserts.
